Life hacks from the Positively Unlimited Podcast

My Positively Unlimited Podcast on IVM Podcasts completes 50 episodes today. In the past one year I have shared a lot of tools and life hacks. Here’s a quick list of a few that you can use.

1. Ep. 03: “Clearing the mental and emotional clutter is a process of awareness and acceptance.”
There’s something about organising that helps settle our mind. Order, clarity, being able to find what we’re looking for; being able to navigate down a path. Now imagine, if you were able to rearrange your mind like you would your wardrobe or throw out all the pieces of emotional scrap piling up in your heart. But how does one clear the emotional clutter. Well, my favourite tool is to write and burn. Or if you are doing it on a gadget then write and delete. Think about the situation you are struggling with, take some time and write. Listen more…

2. Ep. 10: “Take that leap of faith.”
We want things but it has to be exactly in a way we see through our mind’s eye. But the Universe is not used to taking orders. You will always get what you need in a way the Universe things is appropriate for you. You will also get what you want in a form which is aligned to your efforts as well as your highest good. 3. Ep. 29: Break it down to build it up
Lists…they just make my life easy. But the problem with to-do lists is that we get overwhelmed by them. We either keep adding stuff to them or keep juggling tasks. So how do we figure it out? First of all get a sense of what your day is looking like and what would you like it to feel like. Is it going to be about hustle or would you just like to flow through it? Once you have answers to these questions, start adding things to that list. Prioritise based on importance and urgency. You decide what you want from the day and build it up to that desire, one task at a time. There are more similar tools in my podcast that you can use. Listen more…

4. Ep. 09: “We have to evolve mentally emotionally to be able to open that box of potential and use its contents.”
When you work on becoming someone, you are investing in yourself. When you work towards making your dreams come true, you are investing in yourself. You could invest in yourself by learning something new, nurturing a hobby or even hitting the gym to take care of your body. When you spend money on improving yourself I see it as an investment. 5. Ep. 14: “Name the emotion and release it. Infuse your being with joy and love, one breath at a time.”
Overthinking is an inability to cope with your emotions. These are not words of judgement. Take these words as self awareness and stand in acceptance. Think about the situation that’s causing the chaos within and ask yourself, “what am I feeling?”. The answer has to be an emotion and it has to one word or a phrase, not a rant. Then answer this next question, “what would I rather feel?” Again, answer in one word or max a phrase. Once you’ve done it, tune in to the episode and follow the exercise to release that emotion. 6. Ep. 18: Raise your vibration
Every emotion that we experience has a vibration and when we feel something we tune into a specific vibration or frequency which then dictates our life. The low frequencies of anger, fear, guilt, shame take us into a downward spiral. High frequencies of joy, abundance, and love create an upward spiral and make us soar. So how do we tune into the high frequencies? There’s a little meditation exercise in this episode of podcast. Listen more…

7. Ep. 22: “A vision for life is all about tapping into your sub-conscious to clearly see your deepest desires and aligning yourself appropriately.”
Grab that pen and paper and write down your story as if it was a fairytale. What kind of life would you visualise if you had a magic wand in hand. Tune into this episode of podcast and build that dream. Listen more…
